Our P2000 serialisation compatible tamper evident carton labelling machine has been specifically designed for use in the pharmaceutical environment. Capable of labelling cartons ranging from 70mm to 210mm wide at speeds of 300ppm.

P2000 Pharmaceutical Machine
The ergonomic design includes a large 10.4 inch HMI touchscreen at eye level and offers full 360 degree visibility with the use of clear lexan panels all round.
The unique feature about the P2000 is the servo controlled moving table which allows effortless adjustments at the touch of a button via the HMI. This allows for extremely minor adjustments to be made during productions runs something that isn’t possible with manual adjustments. This also provides extremely quick product changeovers and accurate, repeatable production runs.
A dual reject system allows for the P2000 to check for missing label and any print problems simultaneously, which diverts products through reject shoot A for missing label, and reject shoot B for print/read problems. Each shoot then has a dedicated lockable drawer, reject verification, and bin full sensor.
